These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits or uses ecogreensolars.com, the website of EcoGreen Solar Private Limited (“EcoGreen Solar”, “we”, “us”), based near Airport, Lahore, Pakistan. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About our website
The website gives information about our solar installation, electrical wiring, electrician, CCTV, electric fencing and appliance installation services, and lets you contact us, request a quote and buy selected products.
2. Information on the website
Prices, package examples, savings estimates, net metering and net billing information, and articles are provided for general guidance. They can change with equipment prices, exchange rates, taxes and utility rules. A written quote after a site survey is the only binding offer for any installation.
3. Quotes and services
- Every installation is agreed in a separate written quote or contract that sets out the equipment, price, timeline, payment terms and warranties.
- If that contract and these terms differ, the contract applies.
- Manufacturer warranties on panels, inverters and batteries are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms; we help you make claims.
4. Online shop
Product orders are confirmed only when we accept them by phone, WhatsApp or email. Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees and may change before an order is confirmed. Delivery, return and warranty details are confirmed with each order.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, including by sending spam or false enquiries, trying to gain unauthorised access, uploading harmful code, or copying large parts of the content for commercial use.
6. Intellectual property
The EcoGreen Solar name, logo, text, photos of our projects and website design belong to EcoGreen Solar Private Limited or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a link back to the source.
7. Third-party links and services
The website links to services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and manufacturer websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
